Chispa is a non-binary first-generation chicanx vocalist, producer, and multi-instrumentalist. They grew up in unceded Tongva territory known today as Lincoln Heights, Los Angeles. Through vocal loops and layers of samples, with influences ranging from electronic dance music to music traditions from across Latin America, Chispa's experimental pop explores queer desire and liberation.
